Don Mclean released "American Pie'' Which was about when a plane crashed carying Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J.P. Richardson("the Big Bopper") killing three huge names in music at the time. I took this verse from the song and want to explain it" Did you write the book of love, and do you have faith in God above, If the bible tells you so? Do you believe in rock and roll, can music save your mortal soul, and can you teach me how to dance real slow? In this verse the is a reference to the song "Book of Love" by the Monotones. "The Bible Tells me so" is a song by don Cornell. Do you believe in rock and roll is asking the listeners a question like to you believe in this kind of music like its something unbelieveable or unimaginable. Also dancing real slow is real integral part of sixties rock music. I started singing, "bye-bye, Miss American Pie." Drove my chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry. Those good old boys were drinking wisky and rye, and singing, "this will be the day that i die, this oll be the day that i die."
In this verse miss American Pie is refers to rock and roll music. Buddy had a hit that said "this ol be the day that i die'' this was almost a precursor to what was going to come of him.

Beyond #9
This picture was taken at 12:24 May 4, 1970. In this picture Mary Ann Vecchioa fourteen year old runnaway standing over her dead friend jeffery Miller(student at Kent State) on the compus of Kent State in Kent, Ohio. Prior to this day the campus of Kent State had errupted in anger due to President Nixon widening of the war into cambodia. Riots and protests consumed the campus from May first till the fourth. Kents' Mayor issued a state of emergancy on the second of May. The National Guard was called into Kent to take control of these riots. On May fourth at 12:24 the national guard was chased up a hill by rioters, at the top the guardsmen turned on the crowd and and shot 67 bullets into the crowd in about thirteen seconds killing 4 one of them being Jeffery Miller and wounding 9. Beyond 5 Eyewitness
My Mom: She was in kindergarden at the time. She said she was in school and heard that something happened to the president, but she was so young that she didnt understand the full gravity of what they were talking about. When she got home it was on the news, and later that day it was released that he was actually dead. She said that his death is talked about as long as 9/11/2001 is talked about.
My dad: He didnt go to kindergarden so he was at home when it happened. He was at home watching some tv show and he said some bulliten came on the tv and Walter Cronkite came on and announced that the president had bean shot. My dad new that something really bad had happened because his mother was really upset, and they watched the tv for the rest of the day.

Dale made a 3-D to scale model of the Zapruter film, to shows where the second blullet hits Kennedy and the man in front of him. It also shows the point of entry and exit on both men and through that he could thread the needle from the building where Oswald shot to where it hists both men. It lines up exactly. He says there is no question that the single bullet theory is valid. I agree with him one hundred percent, thats physics and you cant deny that. There is no conspiracy everyone wants to rationalize that there is some bigger reason for the presidents death than the wimb of some nut. They dont want to believe he died in vain, they want it to mean something but it doesnt. Not everything in life happens for a reason, some times it just does and you just have to deal with it. Thats what i think the american public should have done and should still do, just let it go and deal with the task at hand.

Was the Umbrella man actually there, and if he was did the Secret Service actually take into consideration that he was signaling the shooter that Kennedy wasnt dead yet as alleged in the movie.
I found that he wasnt added for the movie, he is in the actuall Zapruter film and that the House Select Committee interviewed him after the asassination. They asked him if he was signaling to the assassin or assassins that Kennedy was hit or to them to fire on the president. His actual name is Louie Steven Witt and he said no it was supposed to symblize a sign of disrespect toward the family going back to when senior Mr. Kenedy was an ambasidor in England. he just said he was at the wrong place at the wrong time he was never charged.
